We specialize in the unique blend of sweet and savory that defines Sri Lankan short eats and baked goods. Everything is crafted fresh daily, including:

• Savory Favorites: Our famous short eats, like the fluffy, spiced Fish Bun (Maalu Paan) and the sweet-and-spicy Seeni Sambol Bun.

• Artisan Breads: We proudly bake traditional loaves like our signature Roast Paan (flat, roasted bread with a crispy crust).

• Iconic Sweets: Don’t miss the delightful, sugar-topped Kimbula Banis (crocodile-shaped bun) or the traditional hard biscuit-like Gnanakatha.

The Sunshine Experience

Our bakery concept is inspired by the traditional Sri Lankan “Choon Paan” experience—the sound of the traveling bread truck that signals freshly baked goods are near. While you can find us operating out of the From My Kitchen Market, our goal is to deliver that same sense of comfort, abundance, and freshness in every order.
